Fun flag chasing at Falnash, lovely area as ever and great to be able to near-straight line everything - anything much off the red line was losing time.

Had issues with the slope to the creek and misjudging height there, so a few wobbles at 1 & 19, but generally going pretty well - just didn't have the legs for fast terrain running, particularly after yesterday.
