Went over on ankle again, in the midst of messing up the first control. Had got running ok again when it wasn't too rough through 4-5-6 but was slow through bush to 7 and messy from there on.

Easy run round Wentworth park to try out the new shoes seeing as the mudclaws won't make it through Easter. Not sure how much of a beating these will take either, but not much choice. Comfy as usual with Inov-8s. Feeling a bit sluggish after busy day moving.
