To avoid a rubbish weekend of no exercise at home headed out and met Roman for a night ride down the oaks, which was great fun as ever. They've graded the first third of the firetrail since I was last out which has turned it into a bit of a beach in places, but the single track was fun as ever although I was being pretty lame. Somehow managed to avoid squishing a frog sitting in the middle of the singletrack.

Was meant to be a run down to the water then back up Pacific highway to crows nest, but after 5 minutes downhill my calf/achilles tightened up and I called it quits and hobbled home.
