From Mount Aspiring carpark up to see the Rob Roy Glacier, blisters and toe pretty sore on the climb, but tentatively ran back down - awkward running style protecting injuries led me to twist my ankle though.

Great wee trek near Wanaka to see the #RobRoyGlacier. #MountainPorn

Hiking 1:30:00 [2] 7.5 km (12:00 / km) +600m 8:34 / km
(injured) shoes: Salomon XR Crossmax 2

Up to Key Summit from the Divide, then down and round to Lake Howden for a swim, then back - ran the downhill from the Key Summit track. Stacked it when a fat guy who'd let O & B past stepped back onto the track right in front of me, smashed my knee and possibly my toe (perhaps broken) up in the process.

This country. #MountainPorn looking at #MtChristina & #MtLyttle from #KeySummit.
