Cracking Friday night trails with the boys, Thornleigh to the weir through Lane Cove then up Ferndale and over past Artamon to finish with beers at Flat Rock. Legs were tired from the off and was struggling from 10km especially, smashed by the end, my lack of trails in recent months very evident.

Glebe summer series, starting on my doorstep. A few hesitations early on but got into it, just didn't trust my fitness enough to go for the lot so dropped a fairly easy 10 pointer halfway round which probably would have taken 2 mins at the max. Oh well, good hit out.
