Eventually dragged myself for a run and decided a tempo of the bay run was decent bang for buck with no opportunities for bailing out. Aimed for 4s and was a bit quicker, but kept it steady as hamstring not happy pushing the pace. Home via much needed free beer at wayward on another hot day. Breaking in new shoes and socks on the same run was a bad idea, small annoying rubbing above the heels.

Pindar to WoyWoy, had planned Patonga but with impending thunderstorm decided to take the easier transport route out.

Really nice part of the GNW to Mount Wondabyne, the planned swimming spot wasn't flowing well enough to be enticing on a super hot and humid day, and we were struggling for water after Nicole's bladder sprung a leak. Last few km on roads were a battle.
