Collecting a few controls with Tol & Cam for a few, enjoying the views and seeing how different the NE corner was in the daylight, still a few mistakes out around pagodas though. Cam managed to find my compass on a random rock without knowing I had lost it the previous night.

Note

Phone died while heading out to the sticks, so a pleasant week off the grid doing lots of adventuring in the blue breaks, kanangra & around the colo river.

Not a great deal of running but lots of solid rogaine training useful for this weekend and the world champs, along with good k2k & 3 peaks recceing for some point down the track. Lots of off track battles plus some super fun abseiling/climbing/scrambling.
