Downhill session at Kedumba, on a 30+°C day. From QVH a blast down the hill to the Jamison river then hike up to the gate, run back down to the swine gate and then back up to QVH. Totally smashed after this, legs feeling reasonably fine (no problems from the downhill) but struggling through massively overhearing unsurprisingly.

Fire engines going past on the cycle out, and the trails closed again the following day due to the fire picking up again - good to get this done while we could.
