Fun flag chasing at Falnash, lovely area as ever and great to be able to near-straight line everything - anything much off the red line was losing time.

Had issues with the slope to the creek and misjudging height there, so a few wobbles at 1 & 19, but generally going pretty well - just didn't have the legs for fast terrain running, particularly after yesterday.

Easy roll down Kedumba from QVH with Tol, then out to the Helipad and back. Keeping it cruisy though it was far hotter than expected, but thankfully not the 30°C of last time amidst the fires. Legs tying up a bit by the end. 0.86pp/km
