Giving the ankle a rest so a spin round Glenbrook NP on the mountain bike. Ironbarks, Bennett’s, oaks FT up then singletrack down. The singletrack has been ruined over recent years by a NP/contractor stuff up which has basically seen it bulldozed into long straights, making it really boring & unnatural. Last km is still fun though I was lacking speed and confidence on most things so had a small stack.
