Rushed warm up down to the cooks river, running a bit late, but ended up with time to spare. Then Cooks river parkrun, a reasonably comfortable 18:53, probably pushed a bit much on the first lap but felt pretty consistent until the last 500, and someone went past me in the final stretch. Then shuffle back to Burwood along the river, legs improved as this went on.
