Went to LA Fitness gym and worked out my arms, legs, ags.
Then rode the bike for about 25min as hard as I could it was tons of fun.

I sort of did intervals. I ran for 4 minutes as fast as I could and then walked for 1 minute, i did that 7X. THen I did 4 200 meter sprints. I realized how much energy I have, that I kept pushung myself harder. It ws fun. Next time i will keep track of my distance.
