1km "steady" / 500 "float", 1.5km / 800, 2km. Felt tired and sluggish, as so often on Thursdays - struggled to get the HR to rise. Did this in Endcliffe Park instead of on the track, which was maybe a mistake - think the track would be both flatter and more motivating! Not toooo slow though so not too unhappy.
