Just a short easy roll up Porter in an attempt to loosen up a bit. Do feel a bit better after this, back on it for the weekend maybe.
The ball of my left foot has been bothering me. I think I just wore my Sauconys past the point where they were providing any cushioning. Changed shoes now but I guess it's still aggravated.
