This week is a disaster for me from a training perspective. Have felt mega exhausted and really sore from the weekend (tip: don't run a race then sit down for the next 9 hours). Also had an assignment due so haven't caught up on sleep. Tried to do an hour today but cut it short, just felt too rotten. Sore everything but particularly feet and calf muscles - the right one has been cramping slightly every few steps everywhere I've walked the last few days and it was doing the same running. Also headache, scratchy throat.
