Time to try another run! Was going out to test the Soleus but honestly my biggest problem was the massive DOMS! Oh my goodness I am so weak, I've been like hobbling around for the last day and a half. Kyhil has had to help me up off the floor after foam rolling my calfs.
Did loosen up eventually, and soleus was mostly good - but only on flat and even surfaces (not great for O). Had a few sharper pains when I tried a short bit on the trail and also on steep downhill. Felt like maybe I was changing my foot landing position a bit to avoid aggravating it which is probably not good. But overall way better than earlier in the week, mostly just a very dull ache.
