Running part of the H21E course of the Norweigan test races at Gutterod with the intention of practicing the long legs.

This turned out to be neither sensible nor useful; I was exhausted and not able to run or concentrate. Went way too far left on #1 to hit the "track" (as I intended to follow the track at the end of the leg); it was actually a fence (terrible eyesight apparently) and was an absolute fight all the way along the fence to the actual track through thick green.

On the long leg 10-11 was going perfectly well (but jog-walking by this point) until about 85-90% of the way through the leg when apparently I had a stroke and looks like I never even got to the control (just a conveniently similar feature with a tape on it).

Probably would have done better with a rest day on reflection; the double sessions have taken their toll and today seemed to be largely marsh.
