5 x Royal Park Hills. Royal Park hill is longer and quite a bit less steep than The Tan (similar climb but 120-130m longer).

Feeling stiff and tired today, I had planned for 6 but while the first 3 were consistent, the 4th was already way slower so called it at 5. Used to be able to do these 10s or more faster!

To be fair it is my first double session week in a long while - even if Tuesday was a baby session.

Saw a girl who from a distance had the same build and flicky ponytail as Charlotte and I got excited! But when she got close I realised her technique was far too garbage to be right.
