Easy with 4 x 200 stride 500 easy in the middle. First 200 was accidentally very downhill and the third was a bit rough / offroad but it was just to stride the legs out. Bit of a change of plan, having another easier week (not unhappy about this as still surprisingly tired from the move).
Had a bit of an explore. Found potentially a good hill-rep hill (from the Main Yarra Trail up onto Plenty River Trail) and a few public loos (very important). I love it here already.
