Late swim this morning - wasn't in bed til after 11 so 6 wasn't happening. Won't do it again, traffic was yuk. Felt slow and stiff but actually my whole body feels better after.

Yarra Trails Tour: Segments #7 (Yarra St KOM) and #10 (The Final Sprint / Galatea Point loop) with quite a lot of recovery between. Not feeling nearly as good as Tuesday, quite tired and definitely don't feel I pushed as hard without a carrot! But ticked them off.
