Very disappointed today after such a good session last week. Went out too hard on the first one and the second one was 20s slower, so sat out the third one and ran the fourth one to support Jimmy. Super sore today after starting strength again yesterday, a bit tired from the weekend...dunno, was just very slow even though HR was high. Saw Pat during my warm down, he was looking strong :)
