Back to the route Kyhil has termed "Two Loops" which we created during lockdown 2.0. Mostly very suburban but a nice bit through the middle past the parkland. Was feeling better than expected on the first loop considering I woke up still tired and sore, but slowed a lot on the second loop. No long climbs but just relentless and steep. I swear it was only 2 hours exactly ;)
