Training at Creswick Diggings. Did okay in the first half but really struggled in the mining.

This was horrible. It was hot, muggy, and I chose the biggest hills I could have. My legs were still tired from Tuesday. Urgh. I even had to stop for a stitch!

Haven't done this for a while! Forgot how hard it is. 15 min warm up, then a hard loop of the course (approx 1.7) through Canadian Forest which took 7.34 (intensity 5), then a 20 min warm down. It's got a bit overgrown in there.

Pretty tough run on Mt Doran near Lal Lal. Had a bit of trouble physically and navigationally but overall didn't do too badly. Good fun.

Schoolies Rocks! Spent the day at the beach, did some boarding and some drinking! Good fun.

Went out for a run on Nerrina/White Swan. Was a bit of a challenge but quite fun...certainly better than last week! I forget how big those hills are though!

I'm off to schoolies tomorrow, probably get in some swims and runs on the cliff top but I doubt it will be anything intense. Anyway I'll continue logging next week!
