| Haven't done this for a while! Forgot how hard it is. 15 min warm up, then a hard loop of the course (approx 1.7) through Canadian Forest which took 7.34 (intensity 5), then a 20 min warm down. It's got a bit overgrown in there. |

| Went out for a run on Nerrina/White Swan. Was a bit of a challenge but quite fun...certainly better than last week! I forget how big those hills are though! |
