Oh man I just couldnt move today, and I was all over the place.

A long distance. Didnt make any big errors. Had trouble keeping moving, was very messy. Also had trouble on the wet bare rock as I don't have spikes.

A sprint. SO BAD. Couldnt get used to the scale and was just generally stupid. Dead by the legs which were actually easy.

Today was a middle distance day. Legs are really dead! Bit hesitant and a mistake on 10 but otherwise okay. Lots of tracks again.

Did not have a good run today! Was very tired, overly hesitant, got very confused on the way to 3, overshot 4 and 5 and was way too high on 6. Just couldnt get moving.

I forgot to look at the Garmin so I'm not sure how far it actually was.

Didnt make any mistakes today, was very steady but also very hesitant and lacked a bit of confidence. It was just nice to have a good run for once!
Certainly struggled through the marshes and the ever present heather and long grass.

Came equal 48th.

I did not have a perfect run today, I made two fairly big errors at 5 and 11, but I felt I panicked less and resolved the problems more quickly. Anyway, my goal today was to have fun and I did! Came 14th in the B final.

The course was 2.9 but my Garmin says I ran 3.9.

SI stick fell off my finger on the way to 1. Spent about a minute looking for it, then panicked that I was behind and made a small error on 1. 2 and 3 smooth, no problems. 4 a bit high but not too bad. Got into panic mode, pointed my compass and ran. Shot over the top of 5 then spent 2 mins looking for it. Stupid route choice to 6, wasted time getting through a deep marsh. Rest of the course pretty smooth and good.

Came 24th, so missed out on the A final.
