ahr:165 max:181 spiked:14/17c rhr:60 slept:8.0 weight:55kg shoes: Silva O-Shoes
Went out for a run on Nerrina/White Swan. Was a bit of a challenge but quite fun...certainly better than last week! I forget how big those hills are though!
Note
I'm off to schoolies tomorrow, probably get in some swims and runs on the cliff top but I doubt it will be anything intense. Anyway I'll continue logging next week!

Friday Nov 30

Cycling 57:00 [2]23 km (2:29 / km)
Just went for an easy ride...first time since March! Actually got a bit of a rest in the middle because my spoke snapped and I had to get it fixed, but that suited me! Hehe. Averaged about 24, which isn't too bad considering.

This hurt after the ride! Oh well, I'll get fitter!

This was SO hard. I am NEVER going back to that map. And the dog ran away...I spent like 20 minutes looking for him in the middle of my run! Total failure.
