Haven't done this for a while! Forgot how hard it is. 15 min warm up, then a hard loop of the course (approx 1.7) through Canadian Forest which took 7.34 (intensity 5), then a 20 min warm down. It's got a bit overgrown in there.

Pretty tough run on Mt Doran near Lal Lal. Had a bit of trouble physically and navigationally but overall didn't do too badly. Good fun.
