Training on Petticoat gully with Belinda, Vanessa, Jenny, Kay, Reuben and dad. First did 3 loops, putting out controls for the first loop, then did a map-memory exercise. Felt pretty awful. Very tired.

Control-picking exercise. REALLY not my forte...especially when tired. Oh well, i guess it did me good, even if I didn't enjoy it.
