Coach said to "run within yourself" so I did just that. Ran about threshold, so not slow but not my usual pace. Also a bit tired from the weekend.

NOL at Beckworth. Pretty great run. Felt good, read the terrain well. One fairly large mistake on number 14, which was on the second loop, lost about 3 minutes because I didn't concentrate enough coming down the hill. I had the steeper loop first which I was very grateful for! About another 30 seconds to a min in mistakes from just being too high/low but otherwise I was very pleased.
