| Big mistake on number 1, lost 4 minutes. A few other hesitations, not really a clean run.
Also extremely tired, pushed pretty hard yesterday and being sick, didn't recover as well as usual. Really struggled physically and was very slow, lots of walking up hills! Got through it without too many dramas though, guess that was the plan. |
