Today's set was 5 x 50 on 45 and then 10 x 50 on 50. Felt reasonably good today, also they have cooled the pool down a bit.

Cycling hills 1:20:00 [4] 3200.0 km (2400.0 kph)

This didn't exactly go as planned - Kyhil's rear light went flat so we had to cut out after one lap of the boulevard and head home on the slow bike track.

Also did the hills as a "grind" in big ring 13, but like Saturday I felt fine aerobically but my legs felt weak and useless. Frustrating!

Pretty good run, no errors but a few legs where I made some silly route choices or wasn't disciplined in carrying out my route choice (e.g. 8-9 where I climbed over a hill unnecessarily and also ran at right angles to the leg for a while).

By the time I'd climbed up to the very top of the hill at 5 I actually felt a bit a bit of lactic and had to cool it for the next few legs!
