From work with Leigh again. Legs OK but chest feeling sore and constricted so a bit slower than last week, he coped a lot better. Around the piers.

Melbourne Uni 5K. Had hoped to do sub 19 and thought that was realistic - I was wrong! Didn't blow up, just faded. Started very comfortable to avoid blowing up, was still struggling by the end. Pretty disappointed, not much to do but do some consistent training I guess.

Amazing runs by everyone else, especially Pat, Schepisi and Joe who ran PBs!

Ride from mum and dad's with Kyhil, finally did the whole loop. Got rained on for roughly 2.5 hours which wasn't great, but at least it wasn't cold or windy. Mt Mercer - Shelton Rd is much hillier than Ballarat Colac Rd! Was nearly dead by the time we got into Bunninyong. Longest one in a while.

Autumn Series. Didn't want to be there. Orienteered accordingly, had a right sulk afterwards. Need to learn to separate my mental state from my navigation better.
