5 x Anderson St Hill with jog down recoveries. Just a little session, trying to get back into it. Felt bad in the warm up but the session went pretty well, feel like I managed to keep my head up and keep good form (except for half of the last one, when I started to have some stomach issues).

Should have just done a recovery run - felt rough. Started out doing 4 x 1200 on 7min (lots of rest but starting with Joe doing mile reps), but had to bail on the 3rd due to some tummy troubles. Tried to just cruise and keep my head up.
