Australian Relay Championships - 1st leg. Pretty happy with this, only annoyed about losing 2-3 minutes on the control straight after the run through (basically just flustered, though I will say I found the erosion gully a bit hard to read). Spent the rest of the course hammering it trying to catch Grace again and then mucked up the last control a little bit but the rest of the course was good. Also Linnea was an absolute gun on leg 2, and a very sick Tash was amazing on leg 3, and we won!

Left for site at 7, after work went to keep my sister and niece company in hospital again so not home til late. Still feeling pretty poor but muscles slowly recovering from Sat and if it is a cold it hasn't got any worse.
