Solo Boulie lap (not quite the whole lap) on veeeeery tired legs. Giving the ankle some more time, but left knee was hurting. I know I turn 30 this year, but does all the ageing have to happen at once?

NOL Ultralong.

Felt completely rubbish. Not sure what I expected after only running twice in three weeks and sleeping an average of about 5hrs a night. Nav was extremely messy and lazy, just had nothing really in the mind or body. Ankle bothered me a lot for the first third of the run. Achilles fine again, thankfully.

NSW Middle Champs / NOL

Started well but lost it all at #8 by carelessly compassing down the wrong side of the spur. Also stuffed the run through control, went to the wrong gully. Achilles amazingly pain-free which was a blessing, but rolled my ankle at #1 and then felt absolutely rubbish for the rest, nauseous and headachy.

In to work. Dropped the car off at the mechanic so a bit further than usual. Also gunning it when possible because I was running late!

Note

Saw the physio. Injury is no longer in my Soleus (maybe it never was?) but is an inflamed Achilles tendon sheath and is quite swollen. Working on a management plan. Physio would "rather I didn't run this weekend if you would like to be able to run at WOC" - unfortunately the two are not mutually exclusive...
