Session was 3 x (2 x 200, 2 x 100, 2 x 50) as swim, pull then paddles pull. I am too weak to go fast in the pull bits so this was quite easy. Getting frustrated as we get too much rest in this lane but the next lane up is way too fast.

AV Albert Park 10k.
Quite disappointed with this. Aimed for 38.30 and was on track until the last turn around (about 7k) but hit a huge wall on the last stretch. The course is two out-and-back laps and the return stretch was into a strong block headwind. Could not seem to find a pack to sit in for shelter.
I suppose to be fair to myself it's been a reasonably big week and I haven't exactly tapered. But still frustrated.
