Jogging warm up/down 15:02 [3] 3.06 km (4:55 / km) +8m 4:51 / km

Running intervals 5:42 [4] 1.5 km (3:48 / km)

Meant to be a pretty easy little session, 3 x 500 / 1.5km. Felt bloody terrible including having way longer recovery after the first one looking for a loo because my stomach was so bad. Just not good

Running intervals 11:26 [5] 3.0 km (3:49 / km)
ahr:172 max:182

8 x 200 on / 200 float. 11:26 for the 3km, which I'm happy enough with even though it wasn't super fast. It did feel pretty tough though despite being a short session!

Jogging warm up/down 27:30 [3] 5.32 km (5:10 / km) +51m 4:56 / km

Warm down. Got the dizzies and had to run / walk home. Can't pick when it will happen which is frustrating; had plenty of food and was well hydrated, didn't think the session was particularly long or hard.

Sufferfest - Local Hero (stopped early).

Tough session. Stopped 20min early to do dinner as I had started late.

After a crazily disruptive weekend Kyhil and I had to move our long runs to Monday evening. Started alone for the first 45-50 then met Kyhil for the next 40-45 and then the last 10 alone. Kyhil was pretty slow (his target mara pace is 6.15 and he was running 5.50s today) which made a lot of this quite easy but it was late and dark and raining so we both appreciated the company (Kyhil especially, he was hating life).
