Tempo-ish Sprint-O ints at Princes Hill. Very slow on the second one in the tricky council housing. Fairly smooth on the rest but had a couple of brain fades. Practicing planning ahead.

Feet OK today but ankles swollen and stiff! So frustrating

Sheltering inside from smoke and rain. Turned down the intensity on this a little as legs were initially really struggling. Warmed up into it but not unhappy for a steady one.

Bit of a shorter one at Lysterfield with my bro, in preparation for Two Bays next weekend. Felt better all round, nice chilled pace, and the new shoes are a godsend. Feet not pain free but much much better and better afterwards too.
