2 x Boulie laps, first 1.5 trying to really push the hills. Honestly though felt pretty ordinary, the first lap was OK but by the last half lap was really going tempo-ish rather than really hard.

Yay longer than an hour run! On the Yarra trails again. Really warm so really busy. Felt a bit stiff and tired, HR a bit higher than the last few weeks. No pain, which is good!
