Ha, I actually thought I might get a jog in today! We started moving at 7.30am and we have just now sat down to relax at 7.30pm! Reckon I should log some S&C for all the carrying heavy things and also probably 1000x 3-story stair-climbs.

94% of this run was lovely, still and dry (except I forgot a light, oops) then less than 3min from home it absolutely poured rain out of nowhere and I got drenched!

Again, 2 laps of the Boulie, pushing the hills for the first 1.5 laps. Again a bit lacklustre? Dunno. Loudly and dramatically blew a tube 1min from home so walked home!

On the Yarra trails, from Walmer St to just past the Eastern. Cracking day for it, and felt really good - maybe went a little hard but was enjoying myself. Was a little inspired by Van Der Breggan and especially Van Vleuten, what a beast! Weird this week that all my runs have been really good but my rides have been mediocre.
