At site this morning (yay!) so used the opportunity to do my jog at Sugarloaf res. Lovely run but was a bit silly to do it in the heat of the day (so hot!). Was meant to be recovery but the heat, hills and a bit of fatigue from yesterday made it harder.

Yarra Trails Tour Segment #6. It looks like I must have stopped slightly early and walked to the end or something because my official segment time is 18:54 :(. Felt a bit sluggish - I think I'm not that self-motivated!!
