Round the Napoleons / Staffordshire Reef / Dereel / Mt Mercer / Bunninyong loop. Got to Bunninyong about 3hrs / 85km, stopped and had lunch and started to watch the U23 men's road race from the bottom, then rode up to the top of the KOM to watch a few laps, then rode back down to watch the finish. Lovely ride, was a touch windy today but not too bad.

In Enfield as Kyhil raced the State / National Club Team Time Trial today. Was considering doing hills but knew as soon as I started I was way too sore. Also my guts were chaos :/ . Awful.

Bit frustrating, started late as Kyhil's meeting ran over, then got a flat. So very short! On gravel / CX bike, did some single track on the way out but wasn't enjoying it so main trail on the way back. Lovely day at least.

12 x 400 on a 2min cycle then 200 jog, 200 hard. Thought it would be fun to go back to club training and it was! I love 400s so this was great and 3 of us had a good little pack. Slower than usual 400s due to the short rest but pretty consistent, all 83s and 84s except #7 which was 81 and #12 which was 85. Felt pretty good. Forgot HR, oops.

Fun loops sprint course at Carlton Gardens. Not super hard but good to start back the season. Thought I went flat out, HR disagrees. No errors, just a slow poke :)

Supporting my friends Kate and Matt as they Everested on Mt Macedon (successfully!). When we joined Kate had done 10 laps (of 18.5) and Matt had done 11. I did 6.5 laps total with Kate with 2 long rests. Kate was obviously already exhausted by the time I started so the pace was very slow but it was still 3000m of climb for me, so still quite knackered now.
