Easter Day 1 - Middle

Quite terrible. Really struggled to read the rock today, was baffled to understand why some things were mapped as cliffs, some bare rock and some boulders when to me they all looked the same (though seems others understood it OK). Big time losses on 5, 6, 8, 16 and 17, small time losses on most of the others!

Easter - Prologue Sprint

Stomach felt really bad warming up and didn't really improve for the race or maybe an hour afterwards. Felt pretty weak during the race.

Didn't help that my navigation was quite terrible! Made mistakes / long hesitations on 3, 9 and 16 and chose terrible routes on 12, 13 and 14.

Jogging warm up/down 10:41 [3] 1.86 km (5:45 / km) +25m 5:23 / km

With a few stops to walk because of stomach cramps.

First day back in the office (one day a week for now). From work, around the Tan and back. Not a very nice run compared to home! Bad guts, forgot socks, forgot body glide. Yuk.

Note

Have had three days absolutely from hell, have had neither the time nor the energy to do any exercise. Feeling physically and mentally wrecked.
