Couldn't sleep. Finally went to sleep at 5, then woke up at 7 and again at 9 so got up.

3 x Optus Oval Reps again. Still slow but more consistent this week - big drop off after #1 but same time for #2 and #3. Ankle was good! L foot only a bit grumbly when accelerating.

This was a waste of time. Jogged to the track, did all the drills and warm up, then started the first rep (was meant to be 3min reps) and felt completely awful so pulled out after less than 1 lap and jogged back to work. Need to sleep.

Autumn series at Glenlyon. Don't know what possessed me to enter Course 1! Went very carefully at a jog / walk and then gradually it became more of a walk / walk so I pulled out haha. Left foot a bit sore from yesterday, right ankle was ok but still stiff. Both worse going uphill but also I'm unfit so that didn't help haha.
