4 x 7 min steady / 3 min float. Wasn't trying to break any records, just trying to improve on last week, which I did for the first three at least! The first time I've done a fourth, it wasn't toooo much slower. HR was stubbornly low but didn't feel like I could go any harder...Really tried to make sure the floats were float, not jog, which I think I achieved.
