Decided on an easy one tonight as I'm racing Thurs and Sat, and also was thinking I was feeling a little off again but actually felt fine once running.

Shorter warm up than I'd like, trying to get my run finished so Tash could go out (we were helping on Rego)

Orienteering race 14:48 [5] 3.0 km (4:56 / km) +5m 4:54 / km

Vic Sprint Champs. Really good run, felt in control and making good / fast decisions. Maybe lost 5s each on 1 (didn't read my description, it was on the other side of the wall), 12 (couldn't find where it was in the garden beds) and 23 (stopped early at our #10 then had to check the code). Tash took the W, but only 9s between Tash and me in 3rd.

Really beautiful ride from Kyneton through Sidonia, Baynton, Lancefield, Cobaw and back to Kyneton, with Kyhil and two other friends. Sunny and warm but a touch windier than was ideal. Very enjoyable.

Orienteering 1:40:28 [3] 9.54 km (10:32 / km) +387m 8:45 / km

A few months ago there were two events at Mt Tarrengower and I was busy on the Sunday so didn't get to do the second one. Went back this afternoon to do Course 2 with the idea of doing some extra training afterwards. However I really struggled with the course and it took me absolutely ages, and then did a short extra course afterwards, but this was way longer than I'd planned (I was thinking maybe an hour tops). Biggest struggle was over in an area marked as dark yellow which should almost have been marked as green, you couldn't see any of the features.

Nice easy recovery. Felt very weary but not as sore as expected. Went South and the path was passable today.

10 x 400 / 75s. Slightly slower than the last few 400s sessions as stepping up the number of reps and reducing the recovery. Was worried as I was feeling really sore warming up but actually this was ok and fairly consistent.

Sufferfest - Mini Blender. Had no motivation for this but it actually went OK.
