Orienteering race 24:15 [3] 3.3 km (7:21 / km) +25m 7:05 / km

Bendigo ToDay bush sprint. Still feeling pretty unwell so just going at a jog. Had a few moments where I considered stopping but managed to get through. Navigation quite good at this pace, only a small time loss at #5 because I thought it was on the embankment not the bridge, and missed #7 by about 50m. Really fun event, cool map / area of technical gold mining at 1:3000.

I got through a day of work today, but nearly coughed up a lung in the process. Also was going to say yay! Less toilet visits! But then I got home and got worse again :/

Today I woke up with a sore throat, cough and nausea. Yay! Had a late start to work. TMI I know but went to the toilet 8 times before midday. Not gooood

I got some answers today. Iron is fine, it has actually gone up since my last test (yay!) but my B12 is wayyy down. Surprised because I've never had B12 issues before. Anyway, that's why I feel terrible all the time! Booked in an injection for later this week. Still going to go ahead with the full coeliac screen as other symptoms are still present and also auto-immune diseases can contribute to B12 deficiency.

From home, along single tracks where possible. Last 40min were a bit of a sufferfest tbh, was warm and I ran out of water.
