Hell of a day, a sort of conference in Ballarat which meant 5 hours of driving. Got home and then had to do all the work I'd missed while at the conference.

NOL relay - Leg 1. I love running leg 1 but unfortunately today I binned 2-3min on #1 and so the rest of the race was solo. Really frustrating, I ran into the right area but then lost confidence and didn't go low enough. I smashed myself for the rest of the race and lost only maybe 15s from there on at #5, but I didn't manage to catch back up. Was steep and hurt!
