Felt sore and tired, lungs felt sore and tired. Kept getting stitches! Started on a puffer, hope that will help. Despite this, lovely run - still and dry but nice and cool.

Note

Having a big dip in motivation - with the breathing issues, busy at work, back studying, and don't really have a goal right now.

Jog in Enfield with Kyhil and dad on his bike. Felt very ordinary to start but was glad I did it in the end as I was well loosened up by the end.

Cycling 2:32:24 [3] 29.13 km (11.5 kph) +811m

Stuck around in Forrest and went out for a MTB! The new trails are very good fun, we'd intended to do a bit from both trailhead but the Barwon Flow trails were too good so we stuck to the South. Kyhil and I were both pretty tired from yesterday's race. The first 1h45 was cool but clear but after we stopped for some food the heavens opened and I got perhaps muddier than I've ever been.
