again, trying to run through the woods.... I can't recall my time - way over 10 minutes per k

Saturday Jun 8

Orienteering 2:00:00 [3] 7.6 km (15:47 / km)
ok, the time seems slow for the course, but if I hadn't copied my map wrong, and spent 20 minutes looking around the wrong area of the map for a control, then it would have been about 90 minutes

Friday Jun 7

road/trail run 30:00 [1] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
warm up
road/trail run 16:00 [4]
ahr:185
another threshold run, this one I could only get through 16 minutes of (3 loops around the road) - I was going much faster than yesterday it seemed...

Sunday Jun 2

others (canoeing) 2:10:00 [2]
Canoe-o - not hard navigationally, but my arms and back are sore the next day. Upperbody training :) Supposedly only 4 and a bit kilometers, but the wind was killer.

Saturday Jun 1

Orienteering 1:52:00 [4] 7.8 km (14:22 / km)
O-meet up in New Hampshire. The course took forever, with tons of hills. Navigationally it wasn't so bad, but I was just way too tired to run up any of the hills, and by the end, even the flats were hard to keep moving on. The woods were very thick, so 10 mins/kilometer would have been almost impossible to do, even if all my mistakes were taken out.
