| ran another short course in the Houghton's Pond area. It is so hot and humid. I think my body has been melting the past couple of days. | ||

| rain the skyline trail. Started out with Hill, Ross and dad, but dad dropped back to run wth Hill and then I lost Ross on the last uphill. So it was just me sprinting down the hill at the end. I felt like I was moving much quicker, but maybe just because I was sweating an incedible amount. So hot and humid here.... | ||
